SOUND, frequency, vibration
What is sound Healing?
Sound healing is a gentle, restorative practice that uses vibration and frequency to support relaxation, balance, and wellbeing through nervous system regulation.
Through instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or the human voice, sound can help quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for deep rest and restoration. Each experience is unique, inviting you to simply listen, receive, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Sound healing is not about fixing or changing anything. It offers a nurturing environment where you can slow down, soften, and feel supported exactly as you are.
